Flo is the main port of call for all our users and spends her time helping them get the most out of the OCSI Insight tools. She balances this with her role as Product Manager of Local Insight, which involves managing the ongoing development of Local Insight to ensure it meets clients’ needs. Flo loves everything football whether it’s playing for Goaldiggers FC or watching Arsenal in the pub, unfortunately the skills on the pitch don’t transfer to the office table football table.
