As the Marketing and Product Sales Manager at OCSI, Tom leads the implementation of the company marketing strategy, ensuring we promote our services to those who’ll get the most value, and in turn help the most people. He also oversees the sales pipeline, from lead generation and demos to pricing agreements.
Previously, Tom has worked across customer engagement and email marketing, as well as organising the marketing for professional industry-based events, with an emphasis on bringing together industries to drive collaboration & innovation.

His main expertise in the company is providing data-driven marketing strategies, using targeting & analytics to reach the right people, and assess impact. Beyond this, focusing on content leadership & providing high-quality educational informative content is a key part of his responsibilities.
Tom loves getting outdoors at the weekends by land or sea, and getting out in the elements wherever possible – but if it’s a bit too grim out, reading / playing cards at the pub is a good alternative!
