Eniola has experience in technical support, assisting tech-averse, elderly and non-English-speaking users through virtual onboarding for research-related user tasks. With hands-on experience in tech-enabled environments, she has worked in consumer insights and market research, managing knowledge bases and documentation. Eniola enjoys contemplating the human experience and the stories data reveals, having interned with an oral history archiving team in 2023.
Her passion for storytelling, both as an active participant and as part of the audience, extends to her love of movies, music, books and podcasts. An aspiring film buff, she’s enthusiastic about narratives in all forms.
