Ben is responsible for overseeing and leading our technical team, tools and processes. He developed a love of technology as kid while mending old radios and coding on a ZX Spectrum. After some time in the military and the police (where he experienced first-hand the social deprivation and poverty that exists and its knock-on consequences), Ben changed career and went on to become a full stack developer with a side helping of Project and Account Management. Outside of work, Ben is a fan of music (everything except contemporary jazz), all things Space(X), any analogue and digital technology, and a good dark ale. When not indulging in tech, music and ale, he can be found renovating his house or hiding from his kids.
