OCSI data tool supports equalities and diversity work

OCSI have produced a comprehensive mapping of socio-economic data across the South-East for the six core equality groups – gender, age, ethnicity, disability, faith, and sexual orientation.  The Equalities and Diversity Data Tool provides baseline data on these groups, as well as comparisons against the whole population.

The work was commissioned from OCSI by the South-East England Development Agency (SEEDA) and the South-East Intelligence Network (SEE-IN).  The Data Tool is available to download as an Excel file and provides the data for all county, unitary, district and small areas across the South East.  The data is also available for the SEEDA Economic Geographies (Coastal, Rural and Inner South East).

The tool is available from https://www.see-in.co.uk/researchdatabase/2008/equalityanddiversitydatatool.html.
