OCSI Director Tom Smith gave an invited presentation at the Annual General Meeting of the Oxfordshire CAB. Talking on “Using the IMD 2004”, Tom illustrated how to use deprivation datasets to examine the location of both services – “are services targeting the right areas” – and users – “are we reaching the most vulnerable groups.”
