Westminster Parliamentary Constituency

Definition

A Westminster Parliamentary Constituency is a geographic area that elects one Member of Parliament (MP) to the UK Parliament (House of Commons). There are currently 650 constituencies across the UK, and they are periodically reviewed by Boundary Commissions to ensure fair representation based on population changes.
